Did you know we have a special Patient Referral Scheme and Competition at Park Street Chiropractic Clinic where we reward you for helping us to help more people?

Well, we really appreciate referrals - in fact we crave them! We rely on you, our valued patients, to recommend us to your friends and family as our main source of new patients.

As it is so important to us, we feel it is only right to thank you properly for recommending us. So, for every new patient you recommend to come and see us, we will give you a FREE CHIROPRACTIC TREATMENT or £10 OFF YOUR NEXT CHIROPRACTIC, MASSAGE or ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT.*

But we don't think free treatment is enough so, in addition, we have a great competition giving you the chance to win an amazing new IPOD CLASSIC 80GB worth £159, IPOD NANO 8GB worth £129 or IPOD SHUFFLE 2GB worth £45.

The rules of the competition are simple - refer as many of your friends and family to us as possible and whoever has referred the most new patients by the end of the competition will win the Ipod Classic, the person who refers the 2nd highest number will win the Ipod Nano and the person who refers the 3rd highest number will win the Ipod Shuffle.

If more than 1 person recommends the same number of new patients, we will put the names in a hat and draw names randomly to decide the winners.

In order for a referral to count, the new patient must have had and paid for their first treatment by 7pm on Tuesday 16th December 2008. The winners will be notified by Friday 19th December 2008. Good luck!
