If you'd like to win this superb Ipod Nano Red, all you have to do is refer as many of your friends and family as possible to Park Street Chiropractic Clinic between now and Monday 30th June 2008.  Whoever refers the most new patients to us during this period will win the Ipod.  It's as simple as that!  If more than one person refers the same highest number of patients, we will put the name of each person in a hat and draw one winner.

Don't forget, you'll still get a free treatment (or £10 off your next treatment*) for each person you refer to us and whoever you refer will also receive £10 off the cost of their Initial Consultation.

In order for a referral to count, whoever you recommend to us must have had and paid for their Initial Consultation by 7pm on Monday 30th June 2008.  The winner will be notified by Friday 4th July 2008.
