We think you’ll agree that it’s been a very challenging year for everyone since the pandemic started. We’ve managed to battle through nonetheless and are operating as closely to “normal” as we can.

Our advice for getting the best sleep!

Getting a good night’s sleep is very important for your immune system and your body’s ability to fight off infections, including the coronavirus. It’s also important to make sure you sleep in a position that is best for your spine so that you can avoid unnecessary neck or back pain.

This is great advice any time! You don’t need to wait until your chiropractor is closed to take care of your body!
